Please note that bedrooms are allocated by the couple and guests must book directly with them. It is not possible to book bedrooms individually by contacting The Barns at Delbury Hall.
Our beautifully converted Stables and Garden Cottage offer 14 elegant bedrooms, providing a tranquil and comfortable retreat for your guests. We can accommodate up to 33 guests in the Stables and Garden cottage, including a spacious family room featuring a double bed and bunk beds, with the option to add up to three additional Z-beds in other bedrooms if required.
In June 2026, we introduced five en-suite garden pods within our stunning Walled Garden, increasing our total on-site capacity to 43 guests and offering an even more unique and memorable stay.
Guests staying on-site at The Barns at Delbury Hall can enjoy a carefully prepared breakfast experience. On the morning after your wedding, a delicious selection of both continental and cooked breakfast will be served. For two-day celebrations, a continental breakfast is also provided on the morning of your wedding.
Accommodation is priced between £160 and £200 per night, inclusive of breakfast. Subject to availability, couples may reserve all accommodation for the night prior to their wedding.
In addition, Fernhalls Mill — our dedicated ‘night before’ cottage based just over a mile away — is always exclusively available for you to reserve for the night before your wedding day, ensuring a relaxed and seamless start to your celebrations. Fernhalls Mill is a self catering cottage with three en-suite bedrooms (£160 per room per night; breakfast not included).
Please be aware that guests who are staying onsite must arrange their accommodation directly with the couple rather than contacting The Barns at Delbury Hall. Thank you.

On-site:
For two-day weddings, all of the bedrooms booked are able to be checked into from 3pm the day before the wedding.
For one night stays, check-in times vary by bedroom.
For the Bride and Groom:
-The Dovecote Dressing Room: from 11am
-The Honeymoon Suite: from 11:30am.
For Guests, check-in times for the bedrooms vary from 12.30-2pm as follows:
-Bedrooms 6,7, 8, 9 and 10 from 12:30pm
(Please note, rooms 9 and 10 are situated up one flight of stairs. Rooms 6, 7 and 8 are on the ground floor).
-The Garden Cottage and all remaining bedrooms: from 2:00pm.
All bedrooms onsite must be vacated by 10.00am sharp the day after the wedding.
Off-site:
Fernhalls Mill (located approximately one mile and a half from the venue)
Available for check in from 5pm the evening before your wedding. Fernhalls Mill must be vacated by 2pm on the day of the wedding.
