Here at The Barns at Delbury Hall we are very proud of the food and drink we offer.
We have an enormous choice when it comes to drinks and will work closely with you to ensure you provide the perfect drinks menu for your guests. Whether you’re choosing wine, champagne, beer, cocktails, or a mixture of all of these, we can help you to design something truly special.
Our recommended caterer's’ menus are carefully constructed to create exciting dishes which are brimming with flavour and make the best use of local produce.
RECEPTION AND WEDDING BREAKFAST DRINKS
For the reception and wedding breakfast drinks there are three options:
The easy route. We are not a package kind of place but in this scenario it does make things easier. They’re basically bespoke packages but we’ve done the work. Our ‘service charge’ is included in the drinks package prices.
BYOB. A slightly old fashioned term but it is what it says. You bring your own drink and we serve it for you. We will simply charge you a drinks ‘service charge’ of £10 per person (including VAT).
The bar. We can sell to your guests direct all of the wedding reception and wedding breakfast drinks through the Delbury Hall bar. Our ‘service charge’ is included in the bar prices.
We supply all of the glassware for the reception drinks, chill and serve the drinks, recycle and ensure that all guests are looked after.
Please note that we do not provide the glassware, cutlery or linen for the wedding breakfast.
RECEPTION AND WEDDING BREAKFAST FOOD
We don’t want to limit your imagination at The Barns at Delbury Hall and encourage you to design your own bespoke menu for your wedding reception and breakfast.
Our fantastic recommended caterers can offer menus to suit all budgets, from simple hearty food to fine dining options that are sure to wow your guests.
Prices start from £52.95 (including VAT and based on 60+ guests) for a 3-course meal. Alternatively, we can offer just an afternoon tea or evening buffet with a minimum spend of just £1,800.

EVENING FOOD
Why not offer your guests pulled pork baps or a BBQ to help create the ultimate evening dining experience whilst the party is in full swing?
Our wonderful recommended caterers can serve up delicious dishes late into the evening.
THE EVENING BAR
Stocked and staffed by our in-house team, The Bar has a fabulous selection of drinks at exceptionally reasonable prices. On tap we have Poretti lager, Somersby cider, Town Crier ale and Guiness. We also serve expresso martini’s, passion fruit martini’s and margarita cocktails.
Your guests can enjoy friendly bar service, fantastic ambience and delicious drinks right up until 11.45pm, when The Bar closes.
